ECT is a fully integrated private dry bulk/liquid bulk non-union marine terminal with direct highway access and Class 1 rail service provided by CSX Transportation. ECT has a wide range of storage, handling and inland transportation solutions that can be tailored to the customer’s specific need.
East Coast Stevedoring Co.
ECSC is a dry bulk non-union stevedoring company. We specialize in third-party stevedore operations providing labor and equipment to discharge or load your vessel safely and efficiently.
Industrial Marine Services, Inc.
IMSI is a PII affiliate that provides services including terminal management, operations, construction and facilities maintenance. In addition, IMSI also provides vessel support services including hydrographic surveying and dredging (I-Beam, Enviro-Grab and Hydraulic agitation). We have over 40 years’ experience driving concrete, wood and steel sheet piling.
AMWC is a third party logistics provider (3PL) with facilities in Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. AMWC is an affiliate company of PII. AMWC’s origins were established in 2015 when it purchased a 30 acre campus in East Savannah. Construction on its first 100,000 SQ/FT Class A warehouse facility was completed on this site with operations commencing in 2017. Methodically growing its client base AMWC has expanded its Savannah campus to the current footprint of 210,000 SQ/FT and commissioned operations of a 90,000 SQ/FT rail served facility in Charleston, SC. Both facilities have Class 1 Rail Access (CSX).

CEC specializes in leasing and rental of materials handling and marine construction equipment. CEC provides a wide range of dry bulk handling equipment including but not limited to front end loaders, doziers, single line remote hydraulic grans, conveyors, hoppers, and other specialized marine terminal handling equipment.
Material Handling & Engineering, Inc.
MH&E provides engineering and technical support services to transportation and logistics companies. MH&E designs and markets proprietary cargo handling equipment. MH&E’s Densifier™ is used in railcar, barge and ocean vessels for enhancing stowage of wood chips in transport successfully saving its customers $MM in freight expense for 20 years.
